Overview
This machine solves a difficult problem in extracting highly concentrated and concentrated and viscous Chinese traditional medicine extract: in the past, the centrifugal spray would damage the thermal-sensitive components and so tend to be sticky to the wall because of its high temperature;and the vacuum oven could not carry out continuous production because it takes long time and lots of energy, and is easy to contaminate and get damp, so both of them could not meet the GMP quality standard.
This machine overcomes many problems mentioned above:its low drying temperature, no loss of effective components, low energy consumption, no contamination, continuous production and automatic control can guarantee the product quality effectively and fully meet the GMP requirements. It is an efficient, energy-saving and new-type drying unit.
This machine is not only applicable to Chinese traditional medicine extract but also suitable for drying such products as polysaccharide medicine, bio-pharmaceutical and coffee. It has a wide application prospect.
Operating principle
Under high vacuum condition, materials are continuously and evenly spreader on the moving guide belt through the spreader and form a thin film. Firstly the guide enters the heating section for low-temperature heating with the temperature controllable within 40℃-180℃ according to material properties, and the moisture in the material will be removed by vacuum after quick flash evaporation due to bubbling; and then materials are delivered to the cooling section for splat cooling by ice water to make them crispy; finally, the materials are collected by the scraper. With automatically controlled discharging, this machine can produce crispy granules of original color and taste. It can carry out continuous automatic production during the whole process and is a piece of ideal equipment for producing Chinese traditional medicine extract, malt extract, starch sugar, plant extract and so on.
