3, Customer who turn over more than usd1,500.000.00, Not more than ten samples or value not more than usd500.00 can be provided for free, including the freight.
4, Customer who turn over more than usd2,000.000.00. Sample provided by free.
B:After service:
1,prorduct problem which is not able to sell, We take full responsiblity to compensate customer lost.
2,product with small problem and not effect on selling of products,We will compensate customer by spare parts or the same value of spare parts, or make discount for our products.
3,After long time usage not more than 2 years, We will comensate the spare parts for free.
4,You can sent email directly to our after sale service. When we received you claims,we will process it immediately within 8am-6pm everyday.

Answer:We are located in Anji county, Zhejiang Province, China where is famous for four industry. The office chair;bamboo product;white tea and painting and calligraphy. Fly from Guangzhou to our place by air 2hours, Come from Shanghai to our factory takes 2-3hours by car, It take about 4 hours from Yiwu to Anji by car. There is no train station and airport in Anji. It takes about 1 hour from Hangzhou xiaoshan airport to Anji by car, It takes about 2hours from Anji to Shanghai airport by car.
