M328 transistor tester has been popular for many years. Not only can measure bipolar transistors , MOS FET, single triac , diodes and other semiconductor devices, but also to measure resistance, capacitance, capacitance ESR, inductors and other devices. There frequency test , the frequency of occurrence of functionality. DIY is a good helper . Because of its programs have been upgraded , more powerful .
Kit includes PCB, has written a program Atmega328-PU microcontroller, 1602 display, all circuit elements all resistors, capacitors, transistors and reference voltage regulator tubes. In order to facilitate enthusiasts welding, reduce errors , the PCB with component parameters. As long as welding accurately without debugging can be successful.

5 diodes ( including single and double LED): forward voltage drop (Vf), the reverse leakage current (Ir) and junction capacitance (C);

6 bipolar transistor : automatic identification polarity (NPN or PNP), the current amplification factor (β) and forward voltage emitter junction ;

7. MOSFET or JFET: the threshold voltage (Vt) and gate capacitance values (Cgd);

8 recognize single / triac devices devices ;

9 Extended function: 0 ~ 2MHz signal generator function ; highest 2MHz frequency counter function.
