Site-mixed ANFO explosives truck
- Mainly used for ammonium nitrate fuel oil mixture (ANFO) filling to no water blast hole for large/medium size open-pit blasting stopes, such as metallurgy, coal, chemicals, and building materials etc.
- Before the operation, fill in diesel oil and porous granular ammonium nitrate in ground station.
- When explosive loading truck comes to job site, start PTO, get conveying screw and blast hole in focus, input the charge of blast hole on counter, and press start button. Porous particulate nitrate is delivered to skewed helix through the screw on tank base, lifted in side helical stirrer by skewed helix. At this time, diesel oil is pumped into side helical stirrer to be mixed. The mixed detonator is transferred to blast hole by side helical stirrer. When the explosive charge of this blast hole reaches target volume, the control unit will order to halt, followed by the next hole for charging.
- Charging effectiveness 200kg/min---450kg/min at first;
- Measurement error ≤ 2%
4T, 6T, 8T, 15T and 25T etc are available.
