Structure of Entire Dredging Pipeline:
1. Dredging rubber hose:
Dredging rubber mud hose and suction hose are made from natural rubber, strong textile fibers, steel skeleton and synthetic rubber which produced by multi-channel production process. With superior abrasion resistance, high working pressure and strong flexibility, they can be bent freely in the water and used for long time. Flanges are fixed on both sides of the dredging rubber hose ,So it’s easy and quickly to install.

2. Floats:
The float is made from the rotational molding by one time. It is made up by strong PVC shell with the special foam filling inside. So It can be attached around the hoses and will never absorb the sea water .Float is very light and easy to be installed;It is flexible and difficult to be broken. Float has big buoyancy so it helps the dredging pipe keep floating on the sea. Float is orange color with eye-catching in order to reduce accidents on the sea.
Specification and size can be customized.
3. High molecular polyethylene dredging pipe:
With non-toxic, odorless ,good heat and cold resistance, this pipe is made from high molecular polyethylene by one time. It has high rigidity and toughness, with little resistance but high mechanical strength. It has ultra-high wear resistance, abrasion degree is 4-8 times of steel pipe, useful life can reach more than five years. It is very light so it’s easy to install and transport and then save construction time.

4. Other Accessories:
Flange material: steel forging;
