OMS end forming machine is comprised of a machine body, dies, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, and an electrical system.
The machine secures the tube by a clamping die, and punches the tube ends with different shapes of punch pins, so the tube ends will be enlarged or narrowed to meet brazing requirements. Equipped with a loading device, the process can be fully automated.
