OMS ring inserting machine is used for inserting the brazing ring into the return bends. It is applied in the air conditioning industry and water heater industry.
It has the following features:
1. The machine frame is strong, and fenced with protective housing.
2. The return bends and rings are feed by vibrating plate. The feeding process is smooth without material stuck issues.
3. Mitsubishi servo motor is adopted to drive the 8-position turning plate. There are separate positions for deburring, shaping bend pitch and roundness, chip blowing , return bend loading, ring inserting, and unloading.
4. We use Mitsubishi PLC control and touch screen. The sensors, buttons, low voltage devices are all of famous brands. All the pneumatic parts use SMC brand.
5. The machine has electric interlock and set off alarms when running out of material.
6. The machine can calculate the production quantity. When the set quantity is finished, it will stop automatically and remind the operator.
7. The ring inserting depth is stable. The return bend clamp is reliable causing no damage to the bend. During the shaping, deburring and ring inserting processes, the return bend will not deviate or become loose.
