Popular China Supplier High Output Cheetos Equipment
Cheetos are extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. Kurkure are made by extrusion process, called cheetos equipment. The Kurkure corn meal is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary die Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. The Kurkure are fried in cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is sprayed on the Kurkure to improve their taste. There are two kinds of ways to produce the kurkure- baked and another, fried, according to clients' practical requirements.

Details of Main Part
KLD- 76 Single Extruder
This is the core part of the whole cheetos equipment. Its main function is to extrude, rub and turn the mixer of raw material and water into the basic shapes.
Continuous Fryer
This part can fry the kurkure and make the products crispy. The machine can control the temperature, easy to operate and clean.
Air conveyor
This part is aimed to convey the lighter materials, like corn powder, to another part, compare with the hoister.
Hoister
This part can convey the kurkure to another process machine. It can convey the heavier food, compare with the screw conveyor.
Dryer
It is used for drying. The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled.
Roller
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with kurkure evenly.
Packing & Delivery
Packing
Inside: plastic bag for the cheetos equipment.
Outside: wooden case (adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets depended on clients' requirement).

1). We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design.
2). After receiving firm order and down payment, we start to apply for the Visa to your country immediately; while the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service.
3). 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.
4). Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
5). Our engineers can provide basic formula for the production, and help the customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula
6). It normally costs 10-14 days for the commissioning service, and we supply 1 year guarantee from the date of completion of commissioning service.
