Product Description
New Condition New Design Popular Cheetos Machine
This cheetos machine uses Single screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing, cooking, extruding, and shaping process, no needing boiler, with simple process, high efficiency and little pollution. The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder, wheat flour individually or their mixture. Only by changing the moulds, shaping or cutting machine, the shapes can be various: like sticks, square sheet rib chips, diamond chips, wavy chips, pillow shapes and bugles etc. The taste is good and also without greasiness.

Details of Main Part
KLD- 76 Single Extruder
This is the core part of the whole cheetos machine. Its main function is to extrude, rub and turn the mixer of raw material and water into the basic shapes.
Continuous Fryer
This part can fry the kurkure and make the products crispy. The machine can control the temperature, easy to operate and clean.
Air conveyor
This part is aimed to convey the lighter materials, like corn powder, to another part, compare with the hoister.
Hoister
This part can convey the kurkure to another process machine. It can convey the heavier food, compare with the screw conveyor.
Dryer
It is used for drying. The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled.
Roller
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with kurkure evenly.
Hoister & Flavor Feeder
This part connects the hoister and flavor machine together, and make one machine has two functions, high efficienct and save time.
Packing & Delivery
Packing
Inside: plastic bag for the cheetos machine.
Outside: wooden case (adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets depended on clients' requirement).

1). We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design.
2). After receiving firm order and down payment, we start to apply for the Visa to your country immediately; while the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service.
3). 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.
4). Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
5). Our engineers can provide basic formula for the production, and help the customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula
6). It normally costs 10-14 days for the commissioning service, and we supply 1 year guarantee from the date of completion of commissioning service.
