Popular corn twist curl snacks is a kind of special extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. They are made by kurkure extruder machine. The corn grits is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary Head Extruder.In the extruder, d ue to the two rotary plates made of yellow brass,the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to form curls shape.The curls pass through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. There are two ways for making corn twist curl snacks, fried way and baked way, for your choice.

Details of Main Part
KLD- 76 Single Extruder
This is the core part of the whole kurkure extruder machine. Its main function is to extrude, rub and turn the mixer of raw material and water into the basic shapes.
Continuous Fryer
This part can fry the kurkure and make the products crispy. The machine can control the temperature, easy to operate and clean.
Hoister
This part can convey the kurkure to another process machine. It can convey the heavier food, compare with the screw conveyor.
Dryer
It is used for drying. The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled.
Roller
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with kurkure evenly.
Hoister & Flavor Feeder
This part connect the hoister and flavor machine together to make one single machine has two function: convey and flavor.

Packing
Inside: plastic bag for the kurkure extruder machine.
