Dog chew toy machine is specially designed to produce pet daily and healthy food, also animal feed for every kind of animals. Normally using grains powder as main material, mixing with meat, bones powder, fish powder as a flavoring through adopting pre-conditioning system for raw material, it can increase capacity and reduce power consumption. 1. Raw materials: adopts corn starch, potato starch as raw materials
2. Products:twist, double colors, core-filling and so on.
3. Capacity: 100 Kg/h, 200Kg /h

Mixer- Screw conveyor- Single screw extruder- Cooling machine- Cutter- Hoister- Dryer
5. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380 V/50 Hz, Single phase: 220 V/50 Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries
6. Machines materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function
