The Best Quality Modified starch machine
The Best Quality Modified starch machine can product Denatured Starch, Pre-gelatinized starch is an effective and economical fluid loss agent in water based drilling fluids, which is a starch derivative. It is not bacterial degradation when at 120°C, environmentally acceptable and non-toxic. Modified Starch can produce a thin, slick, tough filter cake and promotes faster penetration rates with reducer friction. It can be used in all kinds of drilling fluid system. Pre-gelatinized starch is also sometimes "pregelatinized" to make them easier to dissolve during product manufacture. Modified starch is widely used in oil drilling, textile, paper and food industries.

Flow Chart
Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder:
a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.
c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect.
f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.
Packed by standard wooden case outside and wrapped by plastic film inside then shipped by container.

After sale services:
1. Oversea install and debug the equipment.
2. Train the first-line operator.
3. Provide the basic formula
4. Operation/ Service/ Maintenance Manual: Provided In English.
5. We will provide 1-2 engineer to the client's factory for the installation and teach totally in 10 days. The client need provide room, food, round-trip transportation, visa and a nominal $40 daily subsidy per person.

3.How is the installation?
Answer: When the machine arrives at the your workshop, we send 1-2 engineers to install the machine and teach the workers how to use. There be a operate mannual and Equipment maintenance manual.
4.I want to do more tastes. It is ok?
Answer: We will supply a basic formula. You can adjust and find the best formula to meet your target market's taste.
5.How is the payment?
Answer: 40% TT as downpayment, 60% TT or L/C before shippment. Before shippment,welcome to inspect the machine.
