The advantage of the machine:
NO.1: Optimize industry common standard T shape frame structure.
Main bottom frame was wholly milled by German imported 6 meter planer type milling machine, which error is only less than 0.05mm. Double layer trusses welding, bending resistance is far more better than thinmetal bending beam. Therefore, TAIMES printers are able to work more stable and long life than other machines.
NO.2 High Resolution Guide Rail.
High standard galvanized steel girder, no creases and painting, height is 140mm, it's 1cm higher than some other outdoor machines. We adopt imported famous rail which height is 20mm.The long belt is width is15mm, these three parts not only with long service life, but also works more stable and less noise.
NO.3 Newly designed press rollers
The diameter for long round axle is 20mm, totally 20 press wheels, each two distance is 20mm, this can make sure the uniform pressure, avoid material wrinkling and precise feeding.What is more they can be detached separately, easy to be changed.
NO.4 Wide And High - Tech Printing Platform
The printing platform width is 175mm, is wider than other eco solvent printer.The heating platform length is 300mm, the 2 factors reach the large format printer level. it significantly improved heating efficiency, the advanced and reasonable structure can guarantee the height error within 0.05mm.

Multiple created and improved motor gears and fixing devices, This system has the feature of high accuracy, high durability and abrasion resistance. Its quality is much better than any other system.ensure for precise printing and long stable working.

NO.7 Auto Moisture Ink Absorption System
Four small circular guide rail can make sure the capping system accurate raising and descending.
Can protect printhead more efficiently. Cleaning printhead directly and avoid ink waste so to save running cost and improve working efficiency.
NO.8 Lead shine 200w X Y axis double servo motor
Lead shine 200W X/Y axis double servo motor, high precision, steadiness, long life , ensure the carriage running stable and guarantee the high printing quality.
NO.9 Three-stage adjustable temperature heating
Front, middle, rear, three sides of advanced surface treatment, high temperature resistance, Corrosion resistance.Multiple 3 phases constant heating system promotes ink absorption of material, which makes printing clearer, dry faster and image stay for longer.
NO.10 Embedded Feeding up system
Embedded feeding up system specially for the self adhesive vinyl, the feeding structure can easily avoid wrinkling and skid of the media.
