Micro piezoelectric printing technology
Adopt the new-type micro piezoelectric print head with a resolution of 1440dpi. Each print head has 1440 nozzles. Two print heads are in parallel. The total number of nozzles is 2880. Dual four-color mode. Achieve single-color coverage of 2-inch printing area per travel while providing high precision
Variable ink drop technology
Depending on different output types, variable ink drop technology can generate 3 kinds of micron ink drops in different sizes. Ink size is freely optional between 3.5pl-21pl.Achieve a pretty, fine, smooth and particle-free tone transition. In conjunction with RIP software, variable ink drop technology makes this printer even highly applied in appreciation field for flawless quality
The single PASS printing breadth of TWINJET 5.5 reaches 2 inches, while that for common micro piezoelectric printer is only 1 inch. The printing speed of TWINJET 5 reaches up to 50m2/h (production mode)
