BASKA belt conveyor rollers are designed for smooth rotation, low noise, long service life and great operating economy.
Available in a wide range of types, sizes, designs and materials, they can be selected exactly to suit the speed, weight and width of the belt,
the properties of the load and the full range of environmental conditions expected.
BASKA idler sets are precision-engineered for smooth operation, long service life and great operating economy. Consisting of the base frame and/or brackets complete with the roller or rollers,
they are available in a wide range of designs for different placements, troughing angles and functional demands. BASKA idlers permit great flexibility in conveyor design and can be fitted easily to existing structures.

3. Pulley
Our pulley manufacturing process provides the customer with significant advantages:
♦ True concentric run out provides: maximum contact with the belt, consistent belt content discharge, less deflection of shaft and less stress on the bearings.
Thick pulley shell absorbs more stress. Large crown angle provides superior belt tracking capabilities.
♦ Pulley is divided into plain, lagging and cast lagging types.

Processing technic:
Using the international standard designing and manufacturing technology, our company has improved the designing and production ability to a higher level. The idlers produced here enjoy minimum revolving resistance, long life, small maintain work and high load capability.
The company adopts special fine welding steel pipe for idler, and does puncture processing in the tube. The roundness is controlled in special tolerance scope. The axle is manufactured by fine cold drag steel according to standard tolerance. The bearing housing has been manufactured after stamping many times by the imported cold griped steel.
The idler shell and bearing housing have been welded together by the automatic welding machinery hand. Then it forms a whole high strength structure.
The bearing, which uses the world famous brand, is the big roving crack, deep groove ball and double sealing bearing. It makes the idler has the ideal static and dynamic balance that is better than the national standard.
The above technical conditions can guarantee the idler enjoy 50000 hours of working life.

Features:
With the advantages of thin belt with light weight, high tensile strength, fatigue and wear resistance, erosion resistance of water/steam/chemical,
good impact resistance, excellent groove formation ability, low elongation, good stability ever heated and long service life,
it’s the developing trend of fabric conveyor belt. It is mainly used in harsh condition of long distance,
heavy-load, high-chemical corrosive etc, it is especially suitable for transporting in moist environment.
Polyester conveyor belt:
Polyester conveyor belt, also called EP or PN conveyor belt, whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and poly-amide in weft.
The belt has the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good trough ability in weft, good water resistance, good wet strength,
suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials.
Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.
