Lab Sand Grinding Mill-C is a Nano Grade liquid grinding machine with high performance for labs of collages, research
institutes and factories. It is application for liquid materials with low and mid viscosity. The machine is equipped with a
dosing pump with adjustable flowrate based on different materials to obtain the optimized result. The whole machine is
controlled with PLC to realize real time monitor and protection of materials temperature, materials pressure and current etc..
And it is also can check the malfunction history to make it easy for repair and maintenance. Adopt tiny zirconium beads as
the grinding medium and the machine is characterized in high grinding efficiency,good grinding result ,wide application and
strong anti-abrasiveness. It is one of the most widely used lab grinding machine in the market.

[Production Capacity]: 0.3-5L
[Applicable Materials]: Good for Materials with viscosity less than 5,000cps and comparatively high requirements of final
fineness, such as automobile paint, color paste, water-based ink, fertilizer suspension, lithium battery slurry etc.
Main Features
1) SWZX-0.5-C Lab All-round sand grinding Mill is one kind newly developed lab grinding machine by SIEHE.
2) It caters to small lab-scale processing capacity ranging from 0.5 to 5L.
3) Excellent grinding result. Final fineness can be down to less than 1μm. It adopts imported pure Zirconium Beads with
diameter Ø0.8-1.0mm.
4) High grinding efficiency. It can grind same products down to same final fineness within 2/3 required grinding time of the
traditional machine.
5) The whole grinding chamber is precision ceramic, which basically solves problems of traditional equipment like parts
are consumable and easy to contaminate materials etc..
6) Enlarge cooling area and increase grinding efficiency, which solve the difficulty in heat radiation of traditional equipment.
7) Equipped with transfer pump, make it applicable for materials with comparatively high viscosity.
8) Working chamber is easy to open and easy to clean.
