SVZL-40 Laboratary Vertical Ribbon Mixer is designed for scientific research units, institutes, universities and the factories demand of the laboratory research and development, with the European synchronization technology, it is suitable for blending, drying and reaction test for powder and granule process, stirring gently or powderfully for optional, configuration of electrical lifting system to facilitate feeding, also used for cleaning after testing at teh same time, it meet the requirement of GMP standards; Lifting system made of whole aluminum alloy material is imported from European. All the rest parts in SS304 stainless steel material, and capable of customizing SS316L material; The machine has compact structure, simple operation, easy maintenance.
Optional function:
1) Vacuum system, can reach to 50mbar, and achieve automatic constant pressure control, with dust collector;
2) Heating unit, usually adopts hot water, hot oil or steam heating method, to realize temperature automatic control;
3) Cooling unit, usually adopt wind cooled or water cooled cooling unit, which can realize temperature automatic control;
4) Equipment with high pressure spraying system for humidifying or adding a v ariety of additives, liquid particle size of nano, micron or millimeter for optional;
5) Can achieve more than twenty types of gas such as nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and so on adding for reaction or preservation, through pressure or solubility testing means, to realize automatic air content control; Automatic control system is an option; HMI+PLC control method, with parameter reserve and output, advantageous for test data reserve and statistics;
6) Can be customized gas explosion or dust explosion proof type;
