Vertical Screw Packing Machine
1. Suitable Area
Oil Filling Machine is mainly used in industries such as coating, printing ink, paint, asphalt, glue, lubricant, petrochemical, fineness chemcial etc.. It is suitable for filling liquid, oinment products.
2. Main Features
a. Adopts weight filling. It is with high measurement precision and will not be effected by materials.
b. It consists of two filling valves (Fast Fill and Slow Fill), which not only can speed up filling speed but also filling accuracy. Its measurement error is less than 10g/Pail.
c. Filling head adopts antidrip device.
d. The filled materials are without bubble generated and with good effect.
e.Automatic materials filling control, and equipped with pneumatic lid-clamping device and pneumatic lid-pressing device.
