1. Intro
a. Dosing Hopper Scale of the Power Packing Machine consists of Storage Hopper, Feeding System, Bag Clampping and Weighing, Control System, Stand, Pneumatic Control System.
b. Storage Hopper is as materials buffer to ensure weighing speed and accuracy.
c. Feeding system consists frequency converter control, feed materials at two speeds.
d. Fast speed feeding is to ensure the output and the Low speed feeding is to ensure the accuracy.
e. Bag weighing system consists of stand, load cell, bag clamping arm.
f. Stand is to support the whole system to ensure it is stable and firm.
g. Dynamic control system is to control the feeding valve, bag clamping.
h. Belt convey, stable an reliable.
2. Main Features
a. Semi-automatic filling machine, put the bag manually and put the bag clamping in place. And the storage hopper is with enough materials. Open the valve automatically to feed materials to the bags. At the same time, wieghing process goes on. When the set working point 1, close the big control valve and low speed feeding goes on to the set working point 2. Close low-speed valve to stop feeding. Display final weight and release the bag automatically.
b. Semi-automatic hemming machine, sealing speed is 5m/min. Height is adjustable. And put the bag into the hemming machine and start it by tread the switch to seal the mouth. Hemming or heat sealing are optional.
