Product Introduction:

Automatic Liquid filling Machine(Weighing Type) consists of the following parts:barrel lifting system, filling system, weighing system, block system, pallet supply system, pile tally system, electric appliance control, pneumatic control, vacuum system, rack, etc.. Under the electrical control, the machine finished the working of automatic bucket,quantitative filling,cover,detect,pallet, pre-stacking,stow and barrel pushed and automatic output.

Automatic barrel lifting system: Filling machine is all automatic production from the barrel access part, only need to placed the same specifications and types of barrels neatly in the designated position, professional manipulator can accurately remove one packaging barrels at a time, through the power track to convey the packing barrels accurately under the filling machine.

Automatic filling system: Filling device is equipped with automatic meter, according to the pre-set standard to go through the quantity of the filling mouths, and fill the material into the barrel arrived directly. The whole process is accurate and fast, no waste of materials, not cause environmental pollution.The packaging barrels with material will be transport by power rail to the next step.

Automatic cover and gland system: the barrel with standard weight materials filled by automatic filling machine will be sent to the automatically unscramble machine precisely,the machine through manipulator, suck up one barrel cover every time accuracy to the barrel, the automatic capping machine would cooperate with immediate action to precise extrusion barrel cover to seal the material having been filled.Then the filling is completed.

Automatic stacking system: the barrels with filled material,through seal and packing, passed to the automatic stacking machine. Use professional manipulator to suck the barrel and place to the tray.When the barrels in the tray to a specified number,manipulator will automatically transport the tray to designated location.
