1. Emulsifier Applications
Dye & pigment, Flavors, Food, Medicine, Cosmetics, Pesticides, Lubricant, Surfactant, Oil-field Chemical etc.
2. Emulsifier Reference Parameter
Power Supply: 380V, 50/60Hz(Can be customized).
Speed Adjustment: Frequency Converter.
Materials: The part contacting with materials is SS304 or SS316L.
3. Emulsifier Main Features
a. Claw shaped workhead (Dual direction suction) is stainless steel precision forged.
b. Good gap fitness and high tip speed ensure excellent emulsifying and homogenizing effect. c. All components are processed by the imported CNC and throgh dynamic and static balance test to ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment.
d. Hydraulic Lifting Stand is stable and flexible.
e. The whole machine looks nice and operates easily.

Emulsifier Material: SS304, ss316L
Multiple mixing vessels, removable
Emulsifier Clamp: belt clamp, manual rotation clamp, pneumatic clamp
Simple Cover, Cover lifting together with the headstock, Cover lifted separately
Mounted on mixing kettle or tank
