high-shear emulsifier:
Main Features:
- Inline High-shear Emulsifier consists of three sets of precision engineered stator and rotor inside the chamber. The strong centrifugal forces generated by the high speed rotation rotor absorb the materials into the working chamber of the rotor and stator from axial direction. All the materials dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the three sets of multi-layers Stator & Rotor and then ejected from the axial direction. Stable finished products with high quality are produced after one time circulation.
- It is characterized in short distance and low head.
