Inline High Shear Emulsifying Pump mixer (three stage)
1. Introduction
Inline High shear Emulsifier is a continuous production type emulsifier with high efficiency. It processes materials in continuous production or circulation of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. It narrows the particle size of Liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result.As a result, the materials become stable emulsion. It can be equipped with materials transfer pump in front of it to make it suitable for materials with mid-and-high viscosity. The materials are thoroughly dispersed and sheared after going through it. It is characterized in low noise and stable running, short transfer distance and low head.
[Materials Viscosity]: ≤20000 cps
[Production Capacity]: 200m³/h
[Application Industry]: Suitable for dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing materials in industries such as biology, pharmacy, food, ink, textile auxiliary, cosmetic lubricating oil and fertilizer etc.
[Applicable Materials]:Applicable for production process for solution, gel, suspension or emulsion of solid - liquid, liquid- liquid materials such as juice, soup bases, milk production, tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifier, oil field chemicals etc.

Seal: Dual End Mechanical Seal ( Pressure Balance Device is optional)
Materials: The part contacting with materials is SS304 or SS316L
Speed: 0-2930 rpm Frequency Converter Control ( Some Model can be customized up t0 6000rpm)
Flow: 0.5-80 m3/h
Outlet Pressure: ≤0.3 MPa
Pipeline Connection: Flange, Quick-connection or Screw.
Packing: Standard Package (Wooden Package)
