coaxial dispersing mixer
Main Features:
- Coaxial Dispersing Mixer is specially designed for the difficulty in mixing materials with medium-and-high viscosity fully. The high-speed toothed dispersing disc disperse the material in the mid of the container quickly and fully, the low-speed mixer with scraper both at side and bottom scrape the materials sticking to the walls off to the mid and mix them fully. So all the materials are dispersed and mixed fully without dead corner.
- The scraper is made of PTFE. The part contacting with materials is mirror polished, empty the materials completely and easy to clean.
- Little air absorption during mixing and dispersing process.
- It disperses and dissolves materials to smaller particle size efficiently.
- No dead corner during mixing. Easy to clean, wide capacity range, various speed control, stable operation, low noise and long-time continuous operation.
- Non-explosion proof and explosion proof configuration for option, explosion proof grade can be customized.
- With OMRON/EMERSON inverter, realize frequency converter control.
