Closed Vacuum Dissolver
Working Principle:
Closed/Vacuum High-speed Disperser (Hydraulic Lifting)(Vacuum Disperser/Closed Dissolver/Vacuum Dissolver) is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscous. Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently. The large stress forces break down the agglomerates into the liquid or paste suspension and solid particle wetted out.
Main features:
1.With a cover, it matches with the container perfectly. With sealing ring to make it closed completely. It can be vacuumized or pressurized by a certain degree. It is suitable for wide application such as vacuumzing, inert gases protection or mixing reaction etc.
2.Simple operation, easy and safe.
3.Closed cover is mirror polished for easy clean.
4.The machine can be customized up to sanitary grade complying with GMP regulation to meet the requirement of pharmacy, food, cosmetic etc.
Little air during mixing and dispersing process. It disperses and dissolves materials to smaller particle size efficiently. No dead corner during mixing. Easy to clean, wide capacity range, various speed control, stable operation, low noise and long-time continuous operation.

The part contacting with materials is SS304 SS316L.

Cover:
Generally it is oval. Both the tank body and the cover are with big flange. If required, locking bolt is used to ensure the vacuum degree and pressure resistance.
