1. Introduction

• SIEHE company manufacture paint complete production line.
• The whole line consists of materials feeding system, dispersing system, grinding system, tinting system, discharging and filtration system, filling system, control system, operation platform, paste production part.
• From materials feeding to materials discharging, finished products packing, it is all automatically control.
• Pipeline production process is with high efficiency.
• International advanced dispersion and grinding system is adopted to realize good fineness and stable product with good quality.

2. Main Features

• Dispersing system: We adopt one disperser with several tanks type disperser to enhance the efficiency and to save time. Electrical steering design is easy and convenient to operate.
• Grinding system adopts series Horizontal Bead Mill. Required fineness can be obtained after one time circulation. For grinding color paste, Basket Mill or Horizontal Bead Mill (Pin type) are optional.
• Two kinds of filters: Bag type and Vibration type. They are optional according to different products. Two kinds of filling machines: Automatic one and Semi-automatic one. Various packing specification from 0.5L to 1000L are optional.
• The platform can be one floor, three floors is also ok. The disperser can be placed on the top floor, grinding machine on the second floor and tinting machine on the first floor, top-to-down flow to reduce the residue inside the pipeline effectively.

3. Control System

• PLC, Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable.
• Adopts weight measurement or flow measurement, high precision, good stability, swift response, long service life. It measures materials feeding and paint tinting process accurately and displayed on the host computer to avoid error caused by operator during operation to improve the product quality.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interference, stable and reliable.
• On-spot control panel, MCC Cabinet, PLC box.
