Characteristics

Work Principle:
1) The operation of the solar collector is very simple.
2) Solar absorption: solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.
3) Solar heat transfer: heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header pipe
4) Solar energy storage: water is circulated through the header, via intermittent pump cycling.Each time the water circulates through the header, the temperatures is raised by 5-10C. Throughout the day, the water in the tank is gradually heated.

Inner tank: Imported stainless steel (SUS304/2B), 0.4mm thickness
Outer tank: PVDF Coated Galvanized steel alloy,0.5mm thickness
Bracket:Aluminum alloy, 1.8mm thickness
Heat insulation layer: Imported polyurethane (Bayer, Germany), 50mm thickness
Working temperature: 99 celsius degree
Working pressure: 0.005Mpa (0.05 bars)
Accessory:Optional assistant tank and electrical heater
Warranty: 1 year for electric parts/5 Years for the full system /15 Years for the vacuum tube
