Thread rolling tools are used in thread rolling machine to process threads on rebar, then threaded rebar can be connected with rebar couplre, nut or screws. It is increasingly important in building industry.

Advantages
1-one set include 3pcs and can process 2000-5000pcs rebar. Roller is consumable spare parts. Its life-span can be influenced by different rebar strength, threading diameter, rebar diameter, and use method.
2-it can process both right-handed threads and left-handed threads. If installing rollers clockwisely, it can process right-handed threads. If installing rollers anti-clockwisely, it can process left-haned threads.
3-both sides of rollers can be used. If one side threads is damaged, changing all rolers to other side, it can be used again as new ones.

Two types
1. 3 pcs rollers all have one dot. For this type roller, there is no sequence when installing.
2. 3 pcs rollers have one dot, two dots, three dots speratedly. When installing, there is a sequence-one dot, two dots, three dots.

Package
1-One set of roller will be installed on one small carton, then be packed into one big carton. One big carton can pack 6 sets rollers.
2-Sometimes, for large quantity, wooden palletn or wooden box will be used.
Delivery:
1-Goods are normally in stock and can be delivered within 3 days after receiving full payment.
2-delivery method: normally, by international express DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX, UPS and other ways. If you like, by sea is also acceptable.
