This plant adopts low pressure process, cryogenic technology to gain pure liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon from air. That is to use the theory of turbo-expander chilling cycling to liquefy air. According to different boiling point of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, gain oxygen of above 99.6% purity, and above 99.9% purity of nitrogen. According to your requirements, we can design only single product, or liquid &gaseous product.
The air separation plant consist of air compressor, pre-cooler, purifier, turbo-expander, cold box, liquid pump.
Advantages: the purity is high, also you can Simultaneously get the gas and liquid products.
