JJR8000-17 full-digital intelligent AC motor soft starter is a new type of internationally advanced starting device integrated with power electronics technology, microprocessor technology and modern control theory and technology. Since this Product can effectively suppress the starting voltage of asynchronous motors and is applicable for heavy-duty equipment such as blowers, water pumps, conveyers and compressors etc., it is an ideal substitute for star/delta starter, auto-transformer starter and magnetic-controlled voltage reduction starter etc.
JJR8000-17 soft starter has the following characteristics:
Three starting methods: Voltage ramp start could realize the maximum output torque; The constant-current soft start could minimize the starting current; The direct soft start could realize the soft start directly.
The programmable delayed start could realize the programmable interlock control.
There is no requirement on phase sequence of input power.
Both the starting time and stopping time can be modified digitally.
Various protective functions: Over-current protection, three-phase current unbalance protection, overheat protection, open-phase protection and motor overload protection
With the dynamic failure memory, it is easy to find out the causes of failure.
The maximum starting current and maximum running current could be searched online.
The full dynamic control and monitoring on starter by fieldbus facilitates the networking.
Chinese character display: LCD screen displays various working parameters and provides indications in Chinese characters In case of programming and failure.
