A: If stock available, the samples are for free. You just need to pay for samples’ freight.
If no stock, The Samples’ fee and freight will be bonded by the customers.
2. Q: May I have my own design?
A: Of course. But the pictures or samples of the products should be offered by your party.
3. Q: When can you deliver the goods?
A: If stock available, we can deliver goods within 15days.
If no stock, that would be delivered within 30 days after receiving deposit.
4. Q: What is your main market?
A: Our main markets are Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, South America, Africa, and European Country.
5. Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: The MOQ is 1X20GP Container.(A kind of design and color is 2000 SQM)
6. Q: Can wall tile be used on the floor?
A: Not in most cases. Please check with your installer or LIHAO for application recommendations.
7. Q: Can floor tile be used on the wall?
A: Yes. Exterior applications require special precautions and installation methods. Please check with your installer or LIHAO for application recommendations.
8. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Bolai have four main payments terms. As below:
T/T: 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before the shipment.
