SERVICE CONDITIONS
1 Inlet pressure: 10-25MPa, outlet pressure: ≤40MPa
2 Water temperature: <80°C
3 Supply voltage: 380V±5%, frequency: 50HZ, three-phase AC power with deviation not exceeding ±1% (please contact us if there is specific requirement)
4 Solids content in water (in mass) less than 0.01%
5 Wellhead pressure must be smaller than pump rated outlet pressure.
6 Use G68 bearing oil
MAIN FEATURES:
1) High inlet and outlet pressure; Good sealing effect; inlet pressure between 10-25MPa; re-pressurized to the pressure of the injection wells required; leakage 0.1m3/d (adjustable).
2) Running quietly; stable water injection; no obvious vibration; assured constant water injection.
3) Simple and safe operation; sub-axial design; easy to repair and maintain.
4) Energy efficient; significantly more efficient comparing to plunger pump.
