I am developing thermally conductive gap filler pads and need a silicone matrix material.
Requirements include high ceramic filler loading of approximately 85 wt% alumina, target hardness below Shore 00=60, and a two-component platinum-catalyzed addition-cure system.
Curing must occur above 100°C with room temperature pot life of at least 2 hours.
