I am seeking to manufacture a custom silicone ring for use on a mate straw. It must stretch slightly to fit and stay firmly in place.
Specifications: inner diameter approx. 8.5–9 mm, outer diameter approx. 14 mm, height 10 mm, thickness 2 mm.
Material requirements: food-grade silicone, platinum cured (LSR), Shore hardness 50–60A, matte finish, heat resistant for hot beverages.
First, I need to confirm the design and receive a sample before bulk production. Please provide sample cost, mold cost (if applicable and refundable), MOQ, and unit price. Also, confirm if your team can create CAD/STEP files based on reference images.
