We are looking for cast-in manhole steps for installation in reinforced concrete manholes. The steps must comply with EN 13101 and DIN 19555.
Technical requirements:
- Cast-in/embedded type, installed before concrete casting.
- Working width: 370 mm, step height: 140 mm, vertical spacing: 300 mm.
- 8 mm thick anti-slip surface, preferably chequered steel plate.
- Material: stainless steel AISI 316L or equivalent for aggressive environments.
- Must provide secure anchorage to reinforcement cage and remain stable during concrete pouring.
Please provide technical datasheet, detailed drawings, installation instructions, load capacity and test data, material specifications, and compliance certificates.
Commercial quotation should include unit price, MOQ, lead time, packaging, delivery terms (EXW/FCA/DAP), shipping dimensions/weight, and payment terms. Also send photos or installation details of your standard step for evaluation.
