Product Description
SSAW (Spiral Submerged‑Arc Welded) steel pipe is manufactured by rolling carbon steel coil into a tubular shape and performing double‑sided submerged‑arc welding. It features flexible production for large‑diameter specifications, stable welding performance and excellent pressure‑bearing capacity. Widely adopted in oil‑gas transmission, water‑sewage projects, foundation piling and municipal infrastructure around the world.
Our spiral welded pipes strictly follow international standards including API 5L PSL1/PSL2, ASTM A252 and EN10219. Every pipe undergoes hydrostatic test and 100% UT/RT non‑destructive testing to guarantee welding quality and avoid leakage risk. Multiple anti‑corrosion coating options are available to adapt to underground, coastal and other harsh service environments for extended service life.
We support custom outer diameter, wall thickness and cut‑to‑length. Factory direct supply ensures competitive bulk price. Mill Test Certificate 3.1 can be provided, and third‑party inspection such as SGS is acceptable before shipment.
