Our thermal CTP plates feature a photosensitive coating designed for thermal laser systems operating at an 830 nm wavelength. They can be imaged directly by near-infrared lasers at approximately 830 nm, eliminating the need for conventional film-based intermediate processes.

The plates offer fast imaging speed, stable halftone dot reproduction, simplified plate-making procedures, and suitability for automated production. They are widely used in commercial printing, book and magazine printing, packaging printing, label printing, and various short- to medium-run offset printing applications.

Available plate thicknesses include 0.15 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, and 0.35 mm.
