2. What is the typical lead time for custom sheet metal parts?
Standard lead time is 7–15 working days for orders after design confirmation. Prototypes can be completed in 3–5 working days. Rush orders are available upon request with additional charges.
3. Can you handle complex shapes and tight tolerances?
Yes. Our CNC laser cutting achieves ±0.1mm accuracy, and CNC bending holds angles within ±0.5°. For parts requiring welding or assembly, we also provide precision jigs and fixtures to maintain consistency.
4. Do you offer surface finishing services?
Absolutely. We provide powder coating (any RAL color), anodizing (clear, black, hard coat), brushing, sandblasting, chrome plating, zinc plating, and passivation. Please specify the required finish in your inquiry.
