Product Overview
Anti‑corrosion coated steel pipe is composite pipeline finished by applying professional anti‑corrosion coating on carbon steel base pipe. It isolates steel substrate from soil, moisture, acid, alkali and salt medium, greatly extending service life for buried pipelines. Available coating options: 3PE/3LPE, single / double FBE fusion bonded epoxy, TPEP internal‑external composite coating. Base pipe: SSAW spiral welded pipe, LSAW straight welded pipe, seamless carbon steel pipe. Widely applied in municipal water supply, sewage drainage, oil & gas transmission, underground infrastructure and chemical pipeline projects

3PE / 3LPE Three‑Layer Polyethylene Coating
Three‑layer structure: FBE epoxy primer + adhesive copolymer layer + outer polyethylene protective layer. High adhesion, outstanding waterproof, anti‑corrosion, impact and abrasion resistance. World‑wide popular for buried oil, gas and water pipeline, design service life over 50 years。
Single / Double Layer FBE Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating
Formed by electrostatic powder spraying, dense uniform epoxy film on steel surface. Excellent high‑temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and strong adhesion. Suitable for oil‑gas transmission and harsh geological condition projects。
TPEP Internal‑External Composite Coating
Inner non‑toxic fusion bonded epoxy lining + outer 3PE polyethylene coating. Smooth inner wall, anti‑scaling, no secondary pollution, compliant with drinking‑water standard. Outer 3PE offers reliable underground anti‑corrosion and mechanical protection, ideal for potable water supply projects。
