The MUSASHI IMAGE-MASTER 350PC Smart SMΩX is a high-precision desktop vision dispensing robot developed by Musashi Engineering. Integrated with professional vision alignment and laser height compensation systems, this platform perfectly supports non-contact jet dispensing processes, delivering ultra-precise, high-speed, and stable adhesive dispensing for sophisticated electronic manufacturing scenarios.
Equipped with advanced 3D alignment technology, the system realizes automatic XYθ offset correction for workpiece deflection and real-time Z-axis height compensation for substrate warpage and unevenness. It effectively eliminates positioning errors caused by manual placement and fixture tolerance, achieving a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. The built-in high-resolution vision camera supports automatic MARK point recognition and edge detection, which adapts to mass production of workpieces with individual shape differences and ensures consistent dispensing accuracy for each product.
Compatible with multiple Musashi professional jet valves including AeroJet, CyberJet2 and SuperJet3, the platform covers full-viscosity dispensing requirements. It supports ultra-high-speed jetting up to 2000 shots per second and micro droplet dispensing with a minimum dot size of approximately 110 μm. Different valve configurations are available for low-viscosity flux and lubricant, medium/high-viscosity UV glue, underfill adhesive and silver paste, meeting diverse process demands such as micro-coating, filling and bonding.
Powered by MuCAD-V professional software, the system allows direct import of DXF/CAD files to generate dispensing paths automatically, with real-time dispensing preview and one-click program editing. It supports multi-language operation including English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean for global production deployment. In addition, the equipment automatically records full production data and generates traceable operation logs, which fully complies with the quality management requirements of semiconductor, consumer electronics, sensor and camera module manufacturing.
Compared with traditional contact dispensing, the non-contact jet dispensing solution based on the 350PC vision platform requires no Z-axis pressing movement, avoids workpiece scratch and deformation, and greatly improves production efficiency. Its compact smart design saves 30% installation space, and optimized 3DA algorithm shortens the production cycle by 30%, balancing high precision and high productivity perfectly.
