This Double Roller Crusher matched vibrating screen crushing set is professionally optimized for closed-circuit medium and fine crushing and screening working conditions. Traditional single crushing equipment cannot control particle size accurately, resulting in a large number of oversize materials, disordered gradation and low finished product qualification rate, which restricts overall production efficiency. Closed-circuit crushing and screening integration, precise particle size control: The supporting high-efficiency vibrating screen realizes accurate material classification, screens out unqualified coarse particles and sends them back to the double roller crusher for secondary crushing, forming a fully closed-loop production process. Working Principle
Driven by a stable power transmission system, the double rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Bulk raw materials enter the crushing cavity for stable medium and fine crushing through continuous extrusion and micro-shearing force. The crushed materials are conveyed to the vibrating screen for hierarchical screening. Qualified particles are discharged as finished products, while unqualified oversize materials are returned to the crusher for cyclic re-crushing. The scientific low-speed crushing mode stabilizes particle gradation, and the closed-circuit system ensures all finished products meet industrial standards stably.
Applicable Materials
Suitable for limestone, river pebble, basalt, granite, feldspar, quartz, coal gangue and other medium-hard brittle ores and stone aggregates.
