Product Description
X100a is a fully‑automatic intelligent turntable pallet wrapping machine, providing pallet wrapping packing solutions for warehouse and factory scenarios.
It realizes 200% pre‑stretch effect with uniform and transparent stretched film, which can save around 30% stretch‑film consumption. Adopting fully automatic film clamp & cut structure, the whole wrapping cycle can finish without manual film operation, with working capacity of 30‑40 loads per hour.
Equipped with touch screen operating system, the machine supports remote maintenance system and troubleshooting guidance function for convenient operation and after‑sales service. Five product memory modes store different wrapping parameters for quick switching. The automatic rope grip system can roll film rope and attach it to pallets to fix goods and avoid sliding during transit.
Key electrical components adopt Siemens PLC and inverter, together with Zhongmulong photoelectric sensor for automatic height recognition. Multiple safety measures are configured: anti‑crush and anti‑fall safety device under film carriage and intelligent alarm system to remind operators in case of emergency.
Wrapping force, turntable speed and film carriage up‑down speed are fully adjustable. It supports soft‑start & soft‑stop and original‑position stop functions. Max load capacity is 2000KG and maximum packing height reaches 2800mm with CE certification. Optional devices include remote‑start machine, ramp and weighing scale to satisfy different project requirements.
