The standard size is 1 meter x 2 meters (1000mm x 2000mm). Other sizes such as 1.5m x 3m or custom dimensions are available upon request.

3. Is this UHMWPE plate suitable for outdoor use?
UHMWPE has good UV resistance and can be used outdoors, but prolonged direct sunlight may cause slight surface discoloration. For long-term outdoor exposure, we recommend adding a UV stabilizer (optional).
4. What is the maximum operating temperature?
Continuous operation up to 80°C (176°F) is safe. Short-term peaks up to 120°C (248°F) are tolerated, but mechanical properties may decrease.
5. How does UHMWPE compare to HDPE or nylon?
UHMWPE has a molecular weight 10 times higher than HDPE, giving it superior wear resistance, impact strength, and lower friction. Nylon absorbs moisture and has higher friction, making UHMWPE better for wet or abrasive environments.
6. Do you have food-grade UHMWPE sheets?
Yes, we can supply FDA/USDA compliant food-grade UHMWPE upon request. Please specify your requirement when placing an order.
