A: Yes, we offer samples for all custom specifications. Sample cost is required, but it will be deducted from the final order. We can produce a sample within 7–10 working days. -

A: You can send us your required force (in Newtons or kgf) and stroke (in mm). We also need the mounting distance and any space constraints. Our engineers will recommend the best fit. -
Q: Is the gas spring adjustable after installation?
A: Standard models have fixed force. However, we can provide adjustable force gas springs with a special valve that allows you to change the force by adding or releasing gas. This is optional and must be specified. -
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: We offer free replacement within 1 year for any manufacturing defects. This includes gas leakage, rod damage, or failure to meet specified force. Normal wear and tear is not covered. -
