NB Series Thin-Section Constant Cross-Section Bearing
Product Overview:
NB series are imperial 5/16‑inch ( 7.938mm ) constant cross‑section thin‑section ball bearings with medium‑large cross‑section. The cross‑section dimension remains unchanged as bore diameter increases, balancing space‑saving performance and higher load capacity.
Rings and balls are standardly made of GCr15 (AISI52100) high‑carbon chromium bearing steel. 440C / 304 / 316L stainless steel and Endurakote hard‑chrome coating are optional.
Precision grades cover P4/P5/P6.
Three structures are available: Type‑A angular contact, Type‑C radial contact and Type‑X four‑point contact, capable of radial load, axial load and overturning moment.
Non‑standard customization per drawings & samples is supported. Dimensions are fully interchangeable with imported NB series, ideal for precision equipment with large hollow bore, moderate load and limited installation space 。
