Lost formwork mesh is designed to remain in place after concrete pouring, acting as a permanent mold and reinforcement. Regular reinforcing mesh is typically placed inside the concrete for structural support and is not intended to be exposed. Our mesh combines both functions, saving time and labor.
Q2: Can I request custom mesh sizes or wire diameters?
Yes, we offer customization. Standard wire diameter is 1.2mm, but we can produce 1.0mm–2.0mm upon request. Mesh opening and sheet dimensions can also be adjusted to match your project drawings. Please provide your specifications for a quotation.
Q3: How is the galvanized coating tested?
We perform a Mill Test Report on each batch that includes galvanized coating thickness measurement, adhesion test, and chemical composition analysis. The report is included with the shipment. For additional assurance, third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost.
Q4: What is the typical lead time for orders?
Lead time depends on order quantity. For standard sizes, it is usually 15–25 working days after deposit. For custom sizes, it may take 20–30 working days. We ship from Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, or Foshan ports.
Q5: Does the 1-year warranty cover all defects?
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, excessive loading, or chemical corrosion beyond the galvanized coating's capacity. Please contact us for detailed warranty terms.
Q6: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We offer free samples (courier cost paid by buyer) for quality evaluation. Please provide your shipping address and we will arrange a sample within 3–5 working days.
