Working Principle
The wastewater first enters the equalization tank to balance flow and quality. Then it is pumped to the reaction tank where chemicals (lime, coagulants, flocculants) are added to precipitate sulfate ions as calcium sulfate or other insoluble salts. The mixture flows into the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The clarified water passes through a sand filter and a pH adjustment unit before discharge or reuse. The sludge is dewatered by a filter press. All processes are automatically controlled by the PLC, with sensors monitoring pH, flow rate, and turbidity to ensure optimal performance.
