1.Product Overview
The flanged level transmitter is a liquid level measurement instrument utilizing advanced sensor technology. It is engineered to achieve precise and stable liquid level measurement in complex media characterized by high temperatures, high viscosity, crystallization tendencies, strong corrosion, or suspended solids.The product transmits process pressure directly to a high-performance isolation diaphragm.This pressure is then conveyed through the filling fluid to the sensing core,ultimately outputting a standard 4-20mA signal or digital signal.This enables continuous monitoring of liquid levels within sealed containers or process pipelines.

Measurement accuracy up to ±0.1% FS, meeting the high-precision liquid level measurement requirements of most industrial scenarios;
Built-in dynamic compensation function corrects in real time for the effects of temperature changes and static pressure fluctuations on measurement results, ensuring stable and reliable data even when operating conditions vary;
Incorporates RF and electromagnetic interference filters, rigorously tested for electromagnetic compatibility to effectively withstand complex industrial electromagnetic disturbances;
Transmitter housing achieves IP68 protection rating, effectively resisting process impacts, dust ingress, and water splashes, suitable for humid and dusty industrial environments;
Offers multiple mounting options including flat flange, insert flange, and dual flange configurations; diaphragm materials include 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C-276, and tantalum;seal fluids can be customized for high-temperature or food-grade applications;
Supports 4-20mA analog signal transmission with optional HART protocol overlay for bidirectional analog/digital communication. Compatible with Modbus and other mainstream protocols for seamless integration into industrial automation systems;
Standard flange connections ensure easy installation. Multiple electrical interfaces available. Supports local zero and span adjustment via magnetic wand or HART handheld communicator.
