Pinxingjin Drum Type Mixed Flow Fan is an innovative ventilation device that combines the high pressure of centrifugal fans with the large airflow of axial fans. It features a cylindrical (drum-type) housing structure and backward-inclined mixed-flow impeller blades. The airflow moves both axially and with centrifugal acceleration within the impeller, delivering the dual advantages of large airflow and high pressure.
The housing is fabricated from high-quality galvanized steel or stainless steel by welding, with an anti-corrosion surface treatment, ensuring sturdiness, durability, and a clean appearance. The impeller is calibrated by precision dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, low noise, and high efficiency. The motor adopts a national-standard full copper coil motor with IP54 protection class and F insulation class, delivering stable and reliable performance. Two drive types are available: direct drive (Type A) and belt drive (Type C), which can be flexibly selected according to working condition requirements.
The fan diameter ranges from 200mm to 1250mm, air flow from 1,000 to 60,000 m³/h, pressure from 150 to 2,500 Pa, and power from 0.55kW to 75kW. Various voltages such as 220V, 380V, and 415V, as well as 50Hz/60Hz frequencies, can be customized. The compact drum-type structure requires minimal space and can be directly connected to circular ducts, ensuring easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used in ventilation and exhaust systems for commercial buildings, office towers, hotels, hospitals, underground parking lots, tunnels, and factory workshops.
