1. Product Description
The Integrated Crushing Screening Rotary Drying System is an all-in-one modular mineral processing equipment that integrates crushing, screening and rotary drying functions for raw ore treatment. Traditional mineral processing requires separate independent machines for crushing, sieving and drying, resulting in scattered layout, frequent material transfer, large floor occupation and high equipment investment cost. This integrated system combines high-efficiency crushing unit, precise grading screening unit and energy-saving rotary drying unit into a compact integrated production line. It can directly process bulk wet raw ores, completing ore crushing, particle size classification and uniform dehydration in one continuous flow. The whole process realizes unmanned continuous operation, effectively solving the problems of low efficiency, complicated operation and secondary material pollution in segmented processing. It is a highly integrated and cost-effective complete system for raw mineral ore pretreatment in modern mining enterprises.
2. Working Principle
This integrated mineral processing system adopts one-stop continuous processing principle of synchronous crushing, screening and graded rotary drying. Bulk wet raw ores are fed into the system continuously and quantitatively. Firstly, the high-strength crushing unit crushes large raw ores into qualified granular materials, adapting to subsequent screening and drying standards. Then the vibrating screening unit classifies crushed materials according to different particle sizes, separating qualified finished particles and oversized materials for secondary crushing. After grading screening, qualified wet mineral particles are automatically conveyed into the rotary drying chamber. Optimized lifting structure and circulating hot air system realize uniform countercurrent heat exchange, thoroughly removing surface and internal moisture of mineral materials. The whole production process forms a closed-loop continuous operation from raw ore feeding, crushing, screening to finished product drying. Equipped with sealed dust removal and intelligent control system, the system maintains stable, environmentally friendly and high-efficiency one-stop mineral pretreatment operation.
